Since 2010, these water portraits have been about surrender—returning to nature, returning to what’s bigger than me. The idea that “all rivers lead back to the ocean” sits underneath the series, the same way people say “all paths lead back to God.” Different bodies of water, different choices, same outcome: we all get wet. This is my most personal ongoing project.
